These cookies are naturally gluten free and so so delicious! They are super easy to make and use ingredients that you are likely to have on hand…try them! 🙂
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
9 oz. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the first four ingredients. Once mixed well, add the chocolate chips. Spoon the dough onto a cookie sheet into medium sized balls and flatten with a fork. Bake 9-10 minutes. Cool about 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Enjoy!
They are sooooo good with coffee too 🙂
Wow! how easy is that. Seems like it would need butter or oil.
My favorite!! but only when you make them ofcourse 🙂 I like this picture too!
aw thanks!! You will be taking pictures like this pretty soon… 🙂 I just set my little Christmas tree behind it and shot with a wide aperture (I think this shot was around f/2). You’ll have to try it once you get your camera for Christmas since your Christmas lights will still be out! 🙂
the wait is KILLING me
I can vouch for the fact that these cookies are outstanding…whenever I serve them to a crowd, they never last more than a few minutes on the plate!
